About NB Media Productions Pvt. Ltd.: NB Media Productions is a digital media and content production company specializing in engaging, high-quality YouTube content. We transform research and real-life events into compelling stories through strong narratives and impactful visuals. We are looking for talented professionals who can develop engaging documentary narratives, create visual storyboards, and collaborate with research, writing, and editing teams to produce high-quality long-form productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Story Development: Transform complex research materials and real-life events into well-structured, engaging documentary narratives.
• Visual Storyboarding: Create scene-by-scene storyboards, visual sequences, and creative treatments to guide production and editing.
• Content & Footage Analysis: Analyze research documents, interviews, raw footage, and other source materials to identify key events and impactful moments.
• Audience Retention: Develop strong hooks, suspenseful sequences, engaging transitions, and narrative reveals to maintain viewer interest.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with researchers, scriptwriters, and video editors to ensure storytelling consistency, clarity, and visual impact.
• Quality & Accuracy: Ensure factual accuracy, logical sequencing, and effective pacing throughout the documentary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in storytelling, documentary production, creative producing, filmmaking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, suspense, and audience engagement.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify compelling stories from complex research materials.
• Strong visual thinking and storyboarding abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of YouTube audience retention and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with storyboarding, visual references, and documentary production processes.
