Job Role
Connect with corporate HR leaders, CEOs, and hiring directors across Western India to secure staffing, recruitment, and contractual placement mandates for HireU Global Staffing.
Required Skills
- Corporate business development, client pitching, and networking.
- Understanding of recruitment billing, retainers, and success fee models.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High-energy, proactive relationship-building mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify corporate companies with hiring requirements and secure introductory meetings.
- Present HireU Global staffing solutions and negotiate service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with client HR departments for repeat mandates.
- Coordinate with the internal talent delivery team to fulfill client requirements on time.
