Job Role
Drive organic and paid user acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and content channels. You will own the growth marketing funnels to scale candidate and employer signups.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- On-page and technical SEO, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- A/B testing landing pages and ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-ROI pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social campaigns.
- Execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to rank for high-intent keywords.
- Track customer acquisition costs (CAC) and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-converting ad copies and landing pages.
