Job Role
Lead financial planning, cost optimization, cash flow projections, and regulatory compliance for a high-growth fintech firm. You will work directly with the CFO and leadership.
Required Skills
- Advanced financial modeling in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Direct and indirect corporate tax laws (GST, TDS).
- Working knowledge of SAP, QuickBooks, and Tally Prime.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly financial forecasts, variance analyses, and management dashboards.
- Oversee statutory audits, balance sheet finalization, and monthly P&L statements.
- Identify revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities across business units.
- Ensure full compliance with taxation authorities and corporate governance.
