Job Role
Direct fulfillment operations, warehouse logistics, and last-mile dispatch network across North India. Ensure 99.8% on-time delivery SLAs with minimal transit damage.
Required Skills
- Logistics management, 3PL coordination, and hub operations.
- Inventory optimization and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Vendor negotiation and fleet management.
- Data analysis and operational KPI monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sorting, fulfillment, and dispatch metrics across multiple hubs.
- Manage relationships with freight and delivery partners to optimize transit cost.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce shrinkage and delays.
- Lead a team of 40+ warehouse supervisors and field delivery executives.
