Job Role
Craft elegant, intuitive user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications. You will turn complex recruitment and financial workflows into seamless, delightful digital experiences.
Required Skills
- Mastery of Figma, Auto-layout, and Component Design Systems.
- User research, journey mapping, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
- Deep understanding of iOS Human Interface and Material Design standards.
- Strong portfolio displaying end-to-end shipped digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user journeys, screens, and micro-interactions for web & mobile apps.
- Maintain and evolve the company-wide atomic design system in Figma.
- Conduct user testing interviews and incorporate feedback into iterative prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
