Job Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring for mid-to-senior levels across engineering, product, and sales teams. You will own the full-cycle recruitment process.
Required Skills
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle and applicant tracking systems.
- Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting.
- Candidate assessment and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand vacancy mandates and candidate profiles.
- Source top passive and active talent through modern recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations.
- Drive smooth candidate onboarding and positive candidate experience.
